Who am I and why do I write?

If you looked at me from the outside, you’d see a mother of two amazing girls and a wife of a wonderful man, living in Herefordshire in the UK and running a successful healthcare business.

But look inside and ohhhh, my… That shit is crazy. It’s no wonder my books contain paranormal craziness, fantastic worlds and epic love stories… it’s an absolute madhouse in here!

I’ve been reading fantasy and romance books since I was a teenager when I first stumbled across the Point Horror and Point Romance series (and if you can remember those: congratulations you’re of my generation!)

I loved to be transported into stories that had very little to do with real life and swept away by a storm of emotions.

In 2014 I tried my hand at writing for the first time and found to my absolute joy, that while reading an incredible book inevitably has to end at the final page, writing never stops. One book, one set of characters, one love can consume a writer for months, if not years.

And I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my time, than disappearing into the worlds of my dreams! As I get older, the worlds get bigger, the stakes get higher and the romance, well… read the adult book and you’ll understand where I’m going with this…
